Yoga therapy focuses on you. We adapt yoga for your individual needs and tap into your innate ability to transform and heal. We design yoga practices personalized for you, which incorporate breath, movement, and meditation. We help identify habit patterns that aren’t serving your goals and help you develop healthful ones.

What to Expect
Individual yoga therapy sessions are ideal for people with special needs or concerns. We begin with discussion and exploration. You will receive a written practice to take home and work with between sessions. Each customized practice is developed in concert with you, specific to your abilities and needs. Practices may include breath, movement, meditation, and lifestyle changes and are designed for your busy life and available energy.

Group Classes
Group Yoga Therapy Classes are designed for people who need a little slower pace and extra care. We all benefit from the gentle stretching, overall toning, breathing, meditation, and deep relaxation in yoga. Postures are adapted individually as needed, and there are chairs and props for additional support. These classes are beneficial for people living with fibromyalgia, MS, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, and chronic fatigue as well as those recovering from structural challenges such as chronic back pain.
